Resolution 1008x1008 pixels; Modulation Frequency 5 kHz - 40 MHz (out), 500 kHz - 40 MHz (in); Peak Quantum Efficiency 39%; Dynamic Range A/D 14 bit
pco.flim is the first frequency domain (FD) FLIM camera employing a two-readout-tap per pixel CMOS sensor. This innovation allows for synchronized modulation of pixels and stimulated light, facilitating the analysis of luminescence decay times ranging from sub-nanoseconds to microseconds. Boasting a resolution of 1008 x 1008 pixels, the pco.flim achieves a maximum readout speed of 45 double frames per second and supports a modulation frequency range of 5 kHz to 40 MHz. Its adaptable coupling and straightforward setup make it the ideal choice for widefield FD-FLIM instruments.
Key features:
- Flexible coupling to any microscope or lens via C-Mount
- USB 3.0 interface for easy computer connection
- pco.flim laser available
Applications: Together with pco.flim laser suitable for wide-field epifluorescence microscope illumination, Total-Internal-Reflection-Fluorescence (TIRF) microscopy, light sheet fluorescence microscopy (LSFM) and confocal spinning disk microscopy
