Liquid to Air Thermal Management Assemblies

Liquid to air thermal management assemblies like our range of recirculating chillers, OEM liquid cooling kits and pump stations are the ideal solution when water or water-glycol mixtures are used to cool laser systems or reagents and drugs in analytical and life science applications or to remove heat from power electronics.

Utilizing either Peltier or compressor technology, our recirculating chillers offer precise temperature control and are available with cooling capacities ranging from 160 W to 45 kW .

Our OEM liquid cooling kits are based on inverter controlled compressor technology and feature compactness, low voltage DC supply, extremely low noise and vibration and/or environmentally friendly refrigerants.

Pump stations are used together with air blast coolers – finned tube heat exchangers – to remove heat from power semiconductors. Main features are utmost reliability due to the unique bullet proof, leak tight manifold block, temperature control via 3-way-valve, short commissioning time, automatic de-aeration and optionally redundant pumps, leakage monitoring or PLC control.

Thermoelectric recirculating chillers are the ideal solution when precise temperature control is needed, for example reagents that need to be kept at +4°C or a laser at 20°C.
Nominal cooling capacities range from 160 W to 1000 W when water (coolant) temperature equals external temperature (Tcoolant = Tamb).

Compressor based mLC-KIT - mini Liquid Cooling Kit

Our compressor based liquid cooling kits are tailored to customers specifications. The mLC-KITs comprise of the refrigeration loop where customers connect their own liquid circuit to the evaporator – usually a brazed plate heat exchanger. Available cooling capacities are 500 W and 1600 W.

Compressor based mRC-KITs - mini Recirculating Chiller Kit

Our compressor based recirculating cooling kits are tailored to customers specifications. The mRC-KITs are fully operational recirculating chillers that can be integrated into a customer application. Properly dimensioned and inherently fault tolerant compressor circuit designs and specific controllers guarantee precise cooling in a wide range of ambient and operating conditions. Available cooling capacities are 450 W and 900 W .

Our compressors are speed/stroke controlled over a wide capacity range, operate from voltage inverters (24 VDC or 240 VAC 50/60Hz) and utilize either R134a or environmentally friendly isobutane R600a.

Water cooling /pump stations

Our pump stations are the ideal solution when reliable, virtually maintenance free operation is required. This is achieved by measures such as closed, pressurized loops, cleanliness of the coolant and proper conditions to minimize pump wear among others. Pump performances range from 20 lpm to 1000 lpm. Versions mounted on an open frame or inside a cabinet are available.
