Our portfolio comprises a wide variety of tubed cold plates, featuring tubes made of copper or stainless steel press-locked in a flat aluminum cold plate, as well as very thin, compact and lightweight, U-shaped and Z-shaped flat tube cold plates featuring extremely low thermal resistance, friction stir welded (FSW) cold plates suitable for glycol-water and very high cooling needs, vacuum brazed cold plates, pin fin types or models for low to medium power densities made of hot-rolled aluminum metal sheets.
For dissipating the high heat loads collected by cold plates into the surrounding air, AMS Technologies carries a broad portfolio of fin heat exchangers available from stock, featuring copper, stainless-steel or aluminium tubes expanded into copper or aluminium fins and offering cost-effective solutions for good heat removal. OEM coils heat exchangers are also available as well as flat tube aluminum oil coolers suitable for poor heat transfer fluids.
