Cabinet Conditioning

Cabinets shall be cool and dry to protect electronics. In rather clean environments filter fans are an effective and economic solution. In harsh environments cabinets are hermetically sealed imposing the challenge to efficiently remove its heat. Or in the worst case the sealing is not hermetic such that a constant ingress of humidity requires not only heat removal but also dehumidification.

In less challenging conditions the internal cabinet air may rise to a level above ambient temperature depending on the electronics max temperature ratings. This allows to utilize our most reliable, safest and lowest energy consumption heat pipe cabinet coolers: no moving parts except for fans, no risk of condensation, only fans to consume energy.

In more demanding conditions internal air needs to be cooled to below or equal to ambient temperature. For cooling capacities from 30 W to 1-2 kW one of our thermoelectric or compressor based cabinet coolers will do a great job.

For higher cooling capacities water cooling is common. Our wide variety of makes and materials of finned tube heat exchangers typically fulfills any requirement for a customized air-to-water cabinet cooler.

Our thermoelectric and compressor based dehumidifiers are compact and achieve condensate removal rates of up to 100 ml/h. A 24 VDC supply makes it easy to integrate them in OEM equipment.

Finally a range of heaters for cold environments and lighting accessories complete our range of cabinet conditioning products.
