Thermal Management Kits; Include Thermal Washer, Heatsink, Screw Kit and Partly Fan; Use With WTCP5V5A, WTC3243, WHY5640 and WLD3343 Driver Series

Wavelength Electronics’ WEV3xx thermal solution kits are designed for use with the WTCP5V5A, WTC3243 or WHY5640 TEC driver series and the WLD3343 laser diode driver series.

These driver series operate to 500 mA without any additional heatsinking (assuming 5 V operation). To operate up to 1 A, add the WTW002 thermal washer and the WHS302 heatsink. To operate to the full 2.2 A, add a fan WXC303 (5 V) or WXC304 (12 V). For convenience, a kit with two 0.75″ and two 1″ screws (WXC305) is available to make assembly fast and easy. No additional board space is required to use the WEV3xx thermal solution kits.

All WEV3xx thermal solution kits include the thermal washer, the heatsink and the screw kit. In addition to that, WEV301 includes a +5 V fan, while WEV302 includes a +12 V fan.
