In 2019, Lytron has been acquired by Boyd Corporation, a global provider of thermal management and environmental sealing solutions. The company operates in markets around the world, including electronics, mobile computing, medical technology, transportation, aerospace and other B2B and consumer-critical industries.
Lytron now operates under Boyd’s specialty thermal division, Aavid, which has a long history of developing, designing, testing, optimizing and fabricating reliable high-performance cooling solutions across all industries.
