The SF8150-ZIF10 is a laser diode driver and TEC temperature controller manufactured by Maiman Electronics. It is suitable for driving a fiber coupled laser diode in a butterfly package with 10 pins. The laser diode mount is located on the board with an integrated Azimuth socket for a butterfly 10-pin Type 1 laser diode.
The driver includes a highly stable current source (±0.01 A) for the laser diode and a thermoelectric Peltier cooler (TEC). The integrated temperature controller enables to keep the temperature on the Peltier element with high precision within ±0,01°C.
