LightComm Technology uses unique fusing technique and polarization maintaining fiber to build polarization maintaining (PM) fused wavelength division multiplexers (WDMs). The wavelength can be selected according to customer’s request. The devices feature low excess loss, small size and high polarization extinction ratio, high power handling and high isolation.

LightComm Technology’s PMWDM Series of PM fused WDMs is widely used for optical sensors, (fiber) optical gyros, optical amplifiers and EDFA.

LightComm Technology’s PMFWDM Series of PM filter WDMs provides wavelength division multiplexing while maintaining signal polarization and is characterized with low insertion loss, high return loss, high extinction ratio and excellent environmental stability and reliability. It is ideal for high speed WDM network systems.
