A broad range of optical filter technologies can be found in our portfolio, suitable for filtering tasks throughout the UV, visible and IR spectrum. Our line of filter components includes, for example, fixed and tunable, notch and bandpass filters for free space and fiber (single mode, multi mode and polarisation maintaining) as well as for high-power applications.
Dichroic filters are available that are placed in optical systems usually at 45° to separate (or combine) different wavebands or wavelengths. And our infrared linear variable filters (LVF) are narrow band filters where the center or peak wavelength changes continuously along its length from one side to the other.
For very specific requirements, custom optical filters can be designed and manufactured exactly tailored to your application. Custom optical filters are available in a broad range of dimensions, made from a broad range of materials, with one-side or double-side polishing and coated with a variety of coatings on request – including broadband and V-style anti-reflection (AR) coating service on your optics with an unrivalled rapid turnaround.
In addition to filters for a fixed wavelength or wavelength range, tunable filters are available that can be either manually adjustable, computer-controlled with a digital display or motor-driven for OEM applications.
Precision optics of this kind, manufactured and coated to very specific and demanding tolerances, is in great demand by our customers. Other available components that can be realized include optical windows, optical mirrors, spherical lenses and molded glass aspheric lenses, cylindrical lenses or optical prisms. All featuring high precision, smallest tolerances (dimensional and angular) and special coatings for exotic wavelengths, even into the UV spectral range.
