Jan Meise, CEO
Dipl.Ing Electrical Engineering at Technical University of Braunschweig
Jan Meise joined AMS Technologies as CSO (Chief Sales Officer) in 2010 and is responsible for all sales and marketing activities in Europe. Before joining the company he worked 9 years for Finisar Corporation in sales and marketing management responsible for establishing a presence in new territories and new markets. Prior to Finisar he held various marketing positions with QuickLogic and Future Electronics.
Philipp A. Weber, COO / CFO

Philipp Weber joined AMS Technologies in March of 2001. He directs all operational and financial activities within the European AMS subsidiaries. Prior to joining AMS, Philipp was responsible for establishing the legal and business consulting activity of smarterwork GmbH.

Brian Protiva
Brian Protiva co-founded ADVA Optical Networking in 1994 and was the CEO until 2022 when Adtran acquired ADVA. He currently serves as a board member for Adtran. Before ADVA Brian was the managing director at AMS Technologies (now the EGORA Group), which he joined in 1987 and where he focused on co-managing its subsidiaries.
Juergen Hansjosten
Juergen Hansjosten (Chairman of the Supervisory Board) is currently CEO of Infrafibre Germany and has held previous positions at euromicron Networks GmbH (2013 until 2018), Teragate (2009 until 2011), ADVA Optical Networking (2000 until 2009) and prior to that as Director of Siemens' ICN Business Unit (Information and Communication Networks).
Benno Oderkerk
Benno Oderkerk, a highly regarded photonics expert, co-founded the Dutch spectroscopy company Avantes in 1994 and led it as CEO until 2020. From 2017 to 2023 Benno has been the President of the Board of Directors of the European Photonics Industry Consortium (EPIC), and he is currently serving on a number of Boards in the photonics industry, from Dutch and European photonics associations to a photonics assembly startup.
